    Brother, I have your solution. 1 + 1 = 3.

Out there, there are people with thoughts, yet lack the skills you have. You need to find these people, partner with them, and make lots of dough. It takes a team. Start talking with people and partner up with them.

Microsoft was built by a team of people, as was Apple, IBM, Ford, etc.

My largest successes came from when I built a team rather than tried it on my own.

Also, have realistic expectations. The days are gone (and they were small lived) where you could pop up a website and get rich. The odds are better playing the lottery.

Typically, successful people DO: things they are genuinely excellent at; things they like; things they are passionate in this area; and things that start out small and grow.

One challenge for you is that you are chasing money. You should chase success, and the money will follow.

Last thought, the ******* rate amongst the rich is higher than amongst the middle class. Be careful what you question for.

Okay, this is the last thought: There is no substitute for hard work.

    Best of luck.
